Data Center Outage 7/28/20

Update: 7/28/2020 12:39 pm: Kayako help desk and other services are reporting back online, please let us know if you notice any problems.

 

A High temperature state in the Phillips 110 Data Center due to a chilled water repair is impacting services including the Kayako Help Desk, vCenter, ECE Lister Server, and others.  ITSG is aware of the issue and addressing the situation. Once cooling is back online systems will be restored.
