Standard Maintenance Window
The ITSG performs routine maintenance every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 7 am. To balance between the need for change and the potential impact of changes, the ITSG uses a Change Management system intended to ensure standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to controlled IT infrastructure.
